✅ AI Face Analyzer is a 100% digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All purchases (such as credit packs or feature unlocks) are digital goods delivered instantly to your account.

1. Nature of Our Products

AI Face Analyzer offers only digital products and services. This includes virtual credit packs, premium feature unlocks, and any other paid digital goods available on our platform. No physical items are manufactured, packaged, or shipped.

Because our products are entirely digital, traditional shipping concepts such as delivery timelines, courier partners, tracking numbers, or customs/duties do not apply to purchases made on AI Face Analyzer.

2. Digital Delivery – How It Works

All digital purchases are delivered directly to your AI Face Analyzer account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Here is how delivery works:

⚡ In most cases, delivery is instantaneous — your credits or unlocked features appear in your account within seconds of a successful payment.

3. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful digital delivery, please ensure:

✅ You are signed in to your account at the time of purchase (Google Sign-In)
✅ Your internet connection is stable during the payment process
✅ You complete the payment on the correct account you wish to credit
✅ You do not close the browser tab during payment processing

4. Delivery Failure & Non-Receipt

In rare cases, a payment may be processed successfully but credits may not appear in your account immediately. This can happen due to:

Temporary server-side delays
Network interruption between Razorpay and our servers
Brief maintenance windows

If you have paid but not received your credits/features:

Wait up to 10 minutes and refresh the page
Clear your browser cache and reload the site
Check that you are logged into the same account used during purchase
If still not resolved, contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours

⚠️ If your payment was deducted but credits were not delivered within 24 hours after contacting us, you are eligible for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

5. No Physical Shipping

As we are a purely digital service:

🚫 There are no delivery charges or shipping fees
🚫 There are no customs duties or import taxes
🚫 There is no physical address required for delivery
🚫 There are no tracking numbers for orders

6. Service Availability

AI Face Analyzer is accessible globally via any modern web browser. There are no geographic restrictions on purchasing or accessing our digital products. However, payment availability may depend on Razorpay's supported payment methods in your region.

The Service is available 24/7. Scheduled maintenance windows (if any) will be announced on our homepage in advance. During maintenance, digital deliveries may be temporarily delayed but will complete automatically once service resumes.

7. Proof of Delivery

Your payment receipt from Razorpay serves as proof of purchase. Once credits are credited to your account, you can view your updated balance in:

Settings → Credit History

If you need a formal receipt or invoice for your purchase, please contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will provide one within 3 business days.
