✅ The core features of AI Face Analyzer are completely free. This policy applies only to any optional paid features, credit packs, or premium upgrades that may be available on our platform.

1. Overview

At Tynixor, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience. We understand that payment issues can arise, and we aim to handle all refund requests promptly and fairly. This policy governs refunds for any paid purchases made on the AI Face Analyzer platform via our payment partner Razorpay.

All payments on our platform are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers at any point.

Since AI Face Analyzer currently operates on a one-time payment model (credit packs / one-time unlocks), there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. If subscription plans are introduced in the future, cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

You may cancel a pending order before it is processed by contacting us immediately. Once a payment is successfully processed and credits/features are delivered to your account, it is considered a completed transaction.

All transactions on our platform are processed by Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. Razorpay is compliant with:

Fraudulent chargebacks (where the purchase was legitimately made and delivered) will be contested with full transaction evidence provided to your bank and Razorpay.
